UNITED KINGDOM
We endeavour to process all orders within 24 hours to ensure that our customers receive their order as quickly as possible. We have two UK shipping options:
Royal Mail 2nd Class ‘Signed For’ - £4 (Delivery time: 2-3 business days)
Royal Mail 1st Class ‘Signed For’ - £7 (Delivery time:1-2 business days)
We currently offer free UK delivery on all Gift Box Set orders.
A signature is required upon delivery. In the event of a missed delivery, a card will be left informing that the package is being held at a local sorting office to await redelivery instructions or collection. If the package is not redirected or collected within the allotted time the package will be returned to us.
For local customers, pickup is available Monday - Friday, 12pm to 2pm from our Poole-based studio in Dorset. An email will be sent when your order is ready for collection. Alternatively, If you prefer to take advantage of free local delivery to BH postcodes, please contact us by email to make arrangements.
We make every effort to process orders within 24 hours, however orders placed over weekends or holidays may take a little longer. Once your order is processed you will receive an order confirmation followed by a shipping confirmation.
INTERNATIONAL
International orders are typically shipped via Royal Mail's International Tracked and Signed service. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied. They are the responsibility of the customer, so please do check before ordering.
Europe delivery aim 3-5 business days - £15
Rest of World delivery aim 5-7 business days - £25
If you would prefer an alternate shipping method, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
